1. Are you a factory or trading company?
We are daughter factory of FoShan YiCai Lighting Technology Co., LTD. with ISO founded in 2006, factory land cover 21,000 square meters, with workers about 150 workers.
And we are going to build a new & bigger Factory Industry Park.
we provide ODM, OEM, SKD and Mould tooling services too.

2. What is your main product & service?
We Focus on LED commercial lighting: such as LED Track Light, LED Grille Light, LED Downlight, LED Module, GU10/ MR16 lamp fixture etc.)
Also we provide ODM & OEM services and lighting solution.
3. You have the ability to do independent research and development?
Our engineering department has 6 staffs, we have the R&D ability to make our products competitive. We also collect regularly customer feedback, new technology information, products improvement and new product requirement. We also hold monthly new product launches.
4. What certificates you have?
Our products have passed CE, RoHS etc, we will apply the new certificate according to customer's requirement.
5. What is your production capacity?
About 3,000-5,000pcs/ Day, this depends on different model and production detail.
6. What is the warranty?
All product with 2 years warranty at least. An extended warranty is available, subject to customer request & product conditions.
7. How about the delivery time?
For sample: around 1-5 days after get detail confirm and samples charge.
Delivery time for mass production: 7-18 days after order confirmed after receiving buyer's deposit. The delivery time will be adjustable according to different quantity.
8. How do you handle defects?
1/1 replacement of defects within the warranty period. Customer send report with photo, and defect sample will be required according to different situation.
9. How about the Package & Product design?
Standard packing is product with performance parameter in neutral laser printing and label, neutral export inner box and carton package. Just inform us if need your mark/ brand/ logo on products or packing, we arrange for you according to your design and details.
10. What is the payment term?
By T/T, L/C, Western Union, Credit Card also available.
